**We will be closed for the Christmas & New Year holidays at 5pm on Tuesday the 22nd of December and will re-open on Monday the 4th of January 2021. From the entire team at BNG Performance, have a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year**
Our plastic parts are in stock 99% of the time, if the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday excl. Bank Holidays). We always use a fully tracked delivery service.
If the item ordered is out of stock (which is extremely rare) then it may take 5 – 7 working days to come back into stock.
FRP bumpers will always take longer as the factory can extremely busy at certain times of the year, this is why we ask that you allow 15 – 20 working days, the manufacture / dispatch time can be sooner though.
Please keep an eye on your emails after any bumper order has been placed as car details will always need to be confirmed before the order is sent through to the factory for the production process to begin. Bumpers are sent using a fully tracked service
Customer must pay for the return of any item purchased from our company. The original amount of money paid for the item will be refunded back onto the card minus the postage charge unless the error was made from our end – it must be clear the error was made from our end.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF ALL PARTS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Returns are only accepted 14 days after receipt of the item and the item must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging that it was received in. No exceptions. Parts should never be securely fitted to the car if you are planning on returning, you can of course trial fit the items but be careful not to damage them. No item should be painted without test fitting.
***Please note we highly recommend a garage with experience in fitting these parts is used for installation of ALL our parts – in most cases fixings are NOT supplied with the parts.
If fixings are supplied then it is HIGHLY likely the body shop will need to add more bolts / tape – especially with the front splitters – if they are not bolted on correctly at the ends and in the middle section, there is a likelihood that they will come loose due to the downforce of the wind on a motorway etc***
