We do HIGHLY recommend these parts are fitted by a body shop with experience in fitting them so they are secured to the car correctly. Parts should be fitted (depending on the part) using either original bolts, self taping screws, bolts with lock nuts + washers or screws with washers, if bond is used it should be allowed to dry fully before driving the car.
Fixings are not normally supplied with the parts although if they are supplied, we do recommend additional fixings / tape is used to secure the front splitters in particular.
PLASTIC – Our M Performance style kits are in stock 99% of the time, if any items are out of stock (we are very rarely out of stock of these kits) it can take two weeks to arrive in with us. If there are going to be any delays with any of the parts ordered we will contact you and inform you of the delay ASAP and you can let us know how you would like to proceed.
FRP – Our 1M, M4, M2 bumpers and any FRP front lips and side skirt extensions we have available on our website are all made to order. Prices on our website are for the bumpers without any fog lights. If fog lights are required they can be purchased from our shop at a cost of £40. The original fog lights will NOT fit these bumpers. Kidney grills from the original bumpers need to be used and also original headlight washer caps if required. We supply honeycomb mesh for the bottom of the bumpers. All bumpers will need prepped, primed and painted. It is essential that work on the FRP bumper range is carried out by a body shop with experience in aftermarket FRP parts – no exceptions!
IMPORTANT: After an order has been placed for a bumper we will contact you by email to ask you to confirm your car details, we also need to know whether or not you require holes to be drilled for washers and/or sensors (sensor holes on m2 style bumpers need to be drilled by the body shop on the test fit). Please keep an eye on your email box and reply as soon as possible as we cannot proceed with an order until we have these details. All bumper details need to be received by email so we have it for reference.
It can take 15 working days for bumpers to be manufactured and dispatched – at extremely busy times of the year it can take up to 20 working days. If you would like to know a rough estimate of the timescale you will need to wait, please email us before placing the order so we can check this with the factory.
If you have issues with any of the items purchased from our website, please contact us ASAP and let us know exactly what the issue is – photographs will be required in order for us to fully understand the issue. As long as the correct option is ordered for your model there should be no issues with the fit of any of our products. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL PARTS ARE FITTED BY A BODY SHOP THAT HAS EXPERIENCE IN FITTING THESE PARTS.
A tracking number will be available for any items we dispatch and will be available upon request. Tracking numbers are always entered into PayPal when the item has been dispatched. Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any dispatch / delivery queries.
Please double check the correct house number / name is entered into the checkout page along with the correct postcode as we cannot be held responsible for any address errors. If you enter the incorrect address details, please contact us ASAP and we may be able to amend for you. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with a contact number for our courier company. If any item is returned to us as undelivered, the cost of a second delivery will have to be paid for by the customer if the error was not made from our end or with our selected delivery company.
If any box or package arrives with you damaged, please sign for the item as ‘DAMAGED’ as we can then claim from the courier company if the item inside the package has been damaged. Photos will also be required.

All emails will be responded to within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Please keep an eye on your junk / spam folder as our emails may occasionally end up in there. If an email has been received by us you will 100% receive a reply within 24 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
If a box or packaging is damaged when the driver attempts the delivery, please sign for as ‘damaged’ – all FRP bumpers must be signed for as ‘unchecked’ unless the box is opened and the bumper is checked when the driver is still at the door.
Photographic evidence must be sent through to us by email if there are damages to any parts received, we must receive pictures as soon as damage is discovered (within a maximum of 14 days of the delivery being made).
